- During the period of epidemic prevention and control, foreigners entering China should strictly follow the rules and regulations implementing in different China regions. The related costs of isolation and/or treatments shall be borne by the individual entering China.
- It is important to state the place where
your visa will be issued and to provide enough information if
applicable.
- Euro 50 shall be charged
for each invitation letter applied in visa application. Expenses
incurred for visa application shall be fully born by the applicant.
- The application system for the invitation letter of each exhibition will be closed one month before the exhibition. Please note that and duly arrange your visiting plan to the exhibiton.
- For those applicants from Middle East such as Turkey, Pakistan,
Saudi Arabia etc, or countries in Africa (except South Africa), who need to apply
for the official invitation letter issued by Shanghai Foreign Affairs Service
Center, please prepare the following documents and send to
stephanie.li@hmf-china.com.
1. Scan of Passport page (personal info)
2. Scan of
the last Chinese visa
3. Dispatch Letter from your company, printed on company
letterhead and signed by person in charge.
